====== The Design Profession Away Days ======
Every six months, the Design Profession hosts an Away Day for the whole Profession to get together to discuss the forthcoming plans across HMPO and Strategy & Change, and discuss the implications on the Design Profession. The purpose of these events is to:

  * ensure a common understanding of the strategic direction; 
  * discuss the roles and responsibilities of the Design Profession;
  * share knowledge and learning with the Profession;
  * agree key actions that will make Strategy & Change a better place to work for us all.
